PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This program is aimed at all professionals who manage or participate in project initiatives in their organizations. Projects are all those strategies carried out in companies, non-profit organizations, government and private entities that involve managing time and cost resources in a defined time; that is, with a beginning and an end.

This Diploma will provide participants with the new tools required for the development of Project Management skills applicable to various industries and professional areas, both in the public and private sectors in predictive, agile and hybrid environments. Therefore, the program provides theoretical and practical training in common subjects and methodologies used in the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing processes of real projects; taking into account the new domains addressed for 2021: People, Processes and Business.

Schedule: Classes will be held on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at Florida State University, City of Knowledge, Jacinto Palacios Cobos Street,

COST: USD 3,555.00.

Associates of the Ciudad del Saber, AmCham, PMI and the Panama Maritime Chamber and the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama: USD 3,200.00.
