Today, more than 80 companies focused on research, development and innovation are part of our ecosystem. In addition, 78% of affiliated companies claim to allocate an annual budget for R&D&I, 93% of them claim to generate new knowledge, while 83% transfer and disseminate knowledge.
Contribution to Science and Technology
81% of the business fabric with a presence on campus is dedicated to technology and science from different perspectives, such as banking and finance, construction, energy, biotechnology, human and animal health, among others. Ciudad del Saber has a robust business ecosystem that researches, develops, commercializes solutions and generates thousands of direct and indirect jobs.
Knowledge transfer
83% of companies transfer and disseminate knowledge, and this effort is reflected in the growing demand for highly trained professionals in research areas. This human resource brings to the country talents with a high level of academic training, visible in the 35% of the workforce at Ciudad del Saber, who have postgraduate, master's or doctoral degrees.
