A new strategy for the next decade, which challenges the Foundation to consolidate the progress made and, at the same time, multiply the impact of the project both on its campus and in the country, putting the mission, clients and users of Ciudad del Saber at the center of its management.

To develop knowledge-intensive activities and scientific, technological, entrepreneurial and creative capacities for social innovation, with national scope and emphasis on women and youth.

- Organize and implement an offer of specialized services for the development and articulation of innovative or strategic sectors.

Diversity is one of the most important pillars of Fundación Ciudad del Saber, which guarantees the commitment to an inclusive, equitable and diverse work team with equal opportunities for all.
We are a benchmark in gender equity at the regional level, not only thanks to the flagship program Canal de Empresarias, but also for the constant generation of spaces for conversation and support for initiatives related to this issue.
This has even led us to be chosen to lead Panama's Gender Parity Initiative (GPI) during a government transition.

Acts as a bridge between the Executive Presidency and the operational areas, ensuring that the organization remains inspired and focused on the fulfillment of the strategic objectives.
Communications and culture
Through different communication channels, events and cultural initiatives, this area seeks to connect with the community, enhancing institutional and community communication.
Business
Dedicated to the attraction and dynamization of organizations and partners for FCdS, it facilitates the connection between companies, researchers, and entrepreneurs.
Urban Planning and Development
Responsible for the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure projects on campus, creating environments that facilitate coexistence.
Innovation Center
Promotes collaboration between academia, business and government to develop innovative projects that address social and technological challenges.
Administration, Maintenance and Operations
Ensures the efficient operation of all Foundation facilities and services, including maintenance, resource optimization and service provision.
Finance and Investments
Responsible for the efficient management of the financial resources of the Fundación Ciudad del Saber. Ensures the transparency and economic sustainability of all operations.
Transformation and Organizational Development
This is the area that leads the Foundation's comprehensive transformation and its evolution focused on the mission and continuous improvement. This is done through three axes: people, processes and systems.
