What is the Startup Incubation Program?
The program has been developed by the Innovation Center in partnership with Bridge for Billions, a technology platform that helps entrepreneurs to land their ideas, develop and structure them, in order to launch their businesses.
With this program we seek to train and develop the next generation of entrepreneurs that will revolutionize the landscape of entrepreneurship in Panama, the region and the world.

Frequency: yearly
Participants: 30 startups on average.
Schedule: 6-5 hours per week, online

Frequently Asked Questions about the Incubation and Development Program
Your startup does not need to be formally incorporated. The program is open to early stage projects, whether they are in the idea phase or have a minimum viable product (MVP). The important thing is that you have a clear vision and commitment to develop an innovative solution.
Startups are selected through an evaluation process that considers the criteria of innovation, scalability and stage of development (idea-MVP). In addition, alignment with Ciudad del Saber values is a key factor in the selection. An evaluation committee will review the applications to identify the projects with the greatest potential.
Participants are expected to dedicate 6-8 hours per week to the program, participate in online activities and attend regular face-to-face meetings. In addition, it is essential that entrepreneurs are committed to applying what they have learned and advancing the development of their startups.
At the end of the program, you will have developed a solid business model, identified your ideal customers and defined a financial structure that will allow you to operate in a sustainable manner. In addition, you will have a network of key contacts in the startup ecosystem and you will have strengthened your skills as an entrepreneur.
