We announce the opening of the Recyclable Collection Center (CAR)

The City of Knowledge Foundation and FAS Panama are pleased to announce the return of the Recyclable Collection Center (CAR), which is operational from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. at 3:00 p.m.

The CAR comes with new biosecurity measures to protect you and our friends from FAS, who are your guides at the Center. Remember that before going to the CAR, all your materials must be properly washed, without residue, clean and dry.

It is important to know that, if you arrive by car at the CAR, you must follow the lane that we have enabled for you. If there is someone in line in front of you, wait your turn inside the car. When it's your turn, get out of the car with a mask, keep your distance and use the alcohol gel dispensers. You must deposit the materials into the container that corresponds to each material. If you arrive on foot or by bicycle, the CAR classification guides will guide you so that you can leave your materials in the best hands.

Much has changed since we began to navigate the journey together to face the pandemic. Something that should not change is the path that we open to recyclable materials within the CAR, where they will find a new reason for being, a new step to achieve the sustainability that we so long for. With your help, together, we continue to take care of our environment and build a more sustainable world.
