Descripción
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Assistant / Community Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and student engagement.
General Duties
- Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and manage content across multiple platforms to maximize engagement.
- Content Creation & Editing – Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn using tools like CapCut and Canva.
- Graphic Design – Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, digital banners, and booklets.
- Email Marketing – Assist in crafting, scheduling, and optimizing email campaigns to engage our database.
- Advertising & Analytics – Manage Facebook ads and analyze performance reports to optimize campaigns.
- Event Attendance & Coverage – Attend special events with the marketing department, capture content and photographs, and support event coverage.
Requisitos del puesto
Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong graphic design skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Passion for content creation, marketing, and social media trends.
- Able to connect easily with students and foster community engagement.
- Computer literacy.
