Descripción

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Assistant / Community Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and student engagement.

General Duties

  • Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and manage content across multiple platforms to maximize engagement.
  • Content Creation & Editing – Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn using tools like CapCut and Canva.
  • Graphic Design – Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, digital banners, and booklets.
  • Email Marketing – Assist in crafting, scheduling, and optimizing email campaigns to engage our database.
  • Advertising & Analytics – Manage Facebook ads and analyze performance reports to optimize campaigns.
  • Event Attendance & Coverage – Attend special events with the marketing department, capture content and photographs, and support event coverage.

 

 

Requisitos del puesto

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Passion for content creation, marketing, and social media trends.
  • Able to connect easily with students and foster community engagement.
  • Computer literacy.
