Lead Managers

Responsibilities
 
-Respond, qualify and track incoming lead requests
-Cultivate leads and disseminate qualified leads to the right sales teams
-Answer and route incoming chat sessions online
-Develop lists for outbound campaign management and coordinate shipping logistics
-Manage the process of qualification, monitoring and dissemination of leads
-Maintain a library of sales/ marketing tools/ assets (print and online)
-CRM Management/ Marketing Automation Technology
-Maintain the database of the end user (potential client/ client)
-Management of contact information and reference lists
-Help define profiles/ data fields for leads and prospects, and customers
-Maintain the integrity of the database
-Report on campaign results (performance, lead activity, trackable sales, etc)

 -Salary according to experience plus commission per qualified lead or commission x2 (define)

REQUERIMIENTOS

Requirements

-Bilingual (will be tested)
-University Graduate
-Excellent writing skills (will be tested)
-Strong sales skills, business acumen and business awareness (will be tested)
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills (will be tested)
-Experience in sales
-Experience with CRM
-Experience in B2B software sales (desirable)
-Experience in sales of software projects (desirable)
