Infoplazas AIP has 20 years of being at the City of Knowledge

Infoplazas AIP has 20 years of being at the City of Knowledge, as part of SENACYT. They are now a Public Interest Association (AIP) located in building 223 on campus.
 
Professor Jorge Arosemena, Executive President of the City of Knowledge Foundation, and some trustees of the FCdS are parents and promoters of this successful National Infoplazas Network with more than 300, implemented in these 20 years and that contribute to closing the digital gap in the country.

Infoplazas celebrated World Internet Day on Friday, May 22 with an online conference that featured 4 speakers:

- Galileo Solis of the Inter-American Development Bank.
- Catalina Escobar Bravo, MAKAIA Director of Strategy.
- José Avando Souza Sales, Director General Associação Telecentro de Informação e Negócios.
- José Alejandro Rodríguez, member of the Board of Directors of the Fundación Hazme Brillar.
