FSU Panama organizes campaign for people affected by the pandemic

In order to help low-income families affected by the pandemic, students and alumni of Florida State University have organized a campaign called FSU for Panama, which aims to raise funds both in Tallahassee (main headquarters of the university) and in Panama. With the funds raised, baskets with basic food enough for one month for more than 350 people will be purchased, through de Banco de Alimentos de Panamá.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many families in Panama have been affected, not only by the disease, but also by lack of income, which prevents them from bringing a plate of food home. That is why the initiative is seeking the support of people through the Instagram account of @fsuforpanama.
