Webinar on Learning Calculus with LEGO Bricks and 3D Prints

This Webinar is free and open to the general public, which means that kids and adults of all ages are welcome to attend. 

In this Math Webinar in English, our invited speakers Joan Horvath and Rich Cameron, co-founders of Nonscriptum LLC in Pasadena, California, United States, will be presenting on "Learning Calculus with LEGO Bricks and 3D Prints". Calculus is usually presented as the culmination of years of algebra and geometry. However, suppose we could describe the core concepts without algebra, but instead with LEGO bricks, 3D prints, and a few household items. In this webinar, the invited speakers will demonstrate their models that do just that from their book “Make: Calculus” and discuss how they can be used to teach younger students and those who learn differently.
