Synergy between Quality Frameworks and Technology Methodology at the AEP
With the objective of presenting the importance of processes and comparing the mayor IT quality frameworks, the conference “Synergy between Quality Frameworks and Technology Methodology” was given with great success last Wednesday, October 19, at the City of Knowledge Business Accelerator.
The conference was dictated by Engineer Min Chen as part of the Cycle of Conferences in Information Technology Actualization, which was co-organized by Alcenit Corporation. Members of the AEP Entrepreneur Network participated along with representatives of private companies who were interested in optimizing their operations by doing good practices inside the industry.
The event was very important due to the fact that businessmen seek to improve their company’s capacity to take care of the demands of their costumers and at the same time find new markets. The global tendencies demand that the Information Technology strategies are aligned with the objectives of the business and focus on service, quality and client.
Engineer Min Chen is an experimented consultant in processes for the technology area with a specialization in the improvement, measure and analysis of the process, outsourcing projects and engineer methodologies of software. She has a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor Degree in Information Systems from the University of Panama. She is also part of the Distinguished Visitor Program of the Computer Society of IEEE and has been an international speaker in technology processes, software engineering and computer science safety in many Latin American countries and in the United States in Spanish, English and Chinese.
