Students Graduate from The Panama International Hotel School
Thursday June 23, 2011, marked the graduation ceremony for students of The Panama International Hotel School (TPIHS), headquartered at the Holiday Inn inside the City of Knowledge.
Students who graduated with degrees in Culinary Arts, Superior Culinary Arts, Hotel Management and Tourism, received their certificates on behalf of the relevant authorities and teaching staff.
The ceremony included a speech from TPIHS Director, Thierry Eck; a speech from the Vice-President of Bern Hotels & Resorts, Glen Champion; and words from students Natalia Guerra, Hotel Management graduate and Hernán Correa, Culinary Arts graduate. Besides, the ceremony included a musical interlude, the handing of the certificates, the National Anthem performed by a polyphonic chorus and a succulent lunch made by students of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts.
The Panama International Hotel School, located at the City of Knowledge, specializes in Hotel Management and Tourism with simultaneous study and work programs, permanent formation, technical assistance, basic research and development of diverse tourism programs.
