Open Talks at the City of Knowledge

The City of Knowledge Foundation and ParqueArte Foundation present their first collaboration with a series of Open Talks that will take place from August to November 2012 at the City of Knowledge.

The Open Talks are free of charge talks on sustainability, urban sustainable planning and initiatives such as urban gardens, which will count with the participation of exhibitors from the fields of architecture, economy and other, talking about concepts and strategies for sustainability, urban development, and more.

The first Open Talk, five in total, will be given by Andrew Bovarnick on August 30 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. inside the Auditorium of the City of Knowledge Convention Center. Andrew has experience in over 40 countries and is an expert on strategies for natural resource management and sustainable agriculture.

ParqueArte Foundation is a young Nonprofit Foundation, known for promoting the Open Festival, Festival of Science, Education and Culture at the OMAR Park. Through this collaboration with the City of Knowledge Foundation they seek to spread knowledge about environmental awareness oriented to the city.
