Management Development Course at INADEH
Within the framework of cooperation between the City of Knowledge Foundation and the National Institute of Professional Formation and Capacitation for Human Development (INADEH), a “Course in Management Development”, directed at Regional Directors and Chief of INADEH Centers, is being facilitated by Eysel A. Chong and Dora Coronado, cooperators of the City of Knowledge Foundation.
The course is divided into four modules and counts with the participation of 40 cooperators of INADEH, which include Managers, Administrators and Chief of Centers, as it offers the tools and management focus that allow managers to develop their leadership qualities and be in a better position in order to analyze with clarity their organization and environment. It is expected that at the end of the course the participants will be capable to distinguish the different roles in which they participate, learn the elements that constitute an effective leadership and improve their skills in order to lead their work teams in an effective way. It is also expected that they will be capable of designing strategies and actions that will boost their team duties, allowing the organization to ensure the success of the programs and projects they embark upon.
The course has a Blended Learning methodology that combines traditional face-to-face classroom methods with more modern computer-mediated activities. The course has already been implemented in different Panamanian and province centers with participants from all over the country.
