Jane Henley at the City of Knowledge Foundation

Jane Henley, Chief Executive Officer of the World Green Building Council (WGBC), visited the installations of the City of Knowledge last October 17.

Ms. Henley was in Panama due to her special lunch/conference: “Global Transformation of the Building Industry towards Sustainable Models”, which took place at the Sheraton Hotel, when she took the time to visit the City of Knowledge.  During her visit to the campus, she took part in a special conference with the purpose of getting acquainted with the City of Knowledge Sustainability Policy, as well as with the different projects that are taking place in order to carry out such policy and thus become a Sustainable City.

Jane Henley has a Bachelor Degree in Science and Business Administration, with plenty of experience in management and consultancy.  She founded New Zealand’s Green Building Council, and then became the Director of the World Green Building Council in 2007 and CEO in 2010.
