CybertechLive Latin America 2020

The special edition of CybertechLive Latin America 2020 took place on Tuesday, August 11. The digital event brought together government officials, industry experts, academics, leading companies, and startups.
With a new digital platform built with audience participation in mind, the public was able to connect with key government and industry players, as well as other cybersecurity professionals in Latin America.
To kick off the event, Professor Jorge Arosemena, Executive President of the City of Knowledge Foundation, mentioned that “today we are meeting in a virtual way around issues of great importance with the aim of finding solutions to the pandemic that is attacking us. Today more than ever the world needs the exchange and dialogue that an event like CybertechLive shares”.

As cyber threats continue to grow around the world, more and more companies, governments and individuals are looking for the most advanced security and technology solutions to stay ahead of the game. In an increasingly networked environment, global cooperation and knowledge-sharing is more important than ever. Cybertech is connecting the world of cyber innovation to combat cyber risks with conferences and exhibitions around the world.
Featured topics of the conference included cyber for healthcare, cyber for the financial sector, banking and e-commerce, logistics and transportation, digital transformation and a startup pitch showcase.
Cybertech Latin America event has brought together cyber, business and innovation since 2017. The event is held in conjunction with the Embassy of Israel in Panama, the City of Knowledge, SENACYT, AIG, and other regional partners.
