The National Concert Association (NCA) is known for forming orchestras during its Juvenile Musical Camps.  This year, during the XXVI Juvenile Musical Camp, that took place inside the City of Knowledge, two orchestras excelled in the different concerts given during the 2 weeks of camp. This is why the NCA, with the sponsorship of TECNASA, has decided to give a concert next July 8th at the Ateneo inside the City of Knowledge, and dedicate it to all the people, companies and institutions that support Musical Camps, with the aid of scholarships, so that young people can be taught by professional musicians from Panama, USA, Costa Rica and Venezuela, to name a few.

The NCA Juvenile Musical Camp Orchestra is formed by 50 musicians who are mostly music academy students and young people from different locations in Panama.  The Orchestra will be directed by Professor Jorge Oliva, ex camp member and actual manager of the Juvenile Music School.

About the NCA Camps:

The NCA Juvenile Musical Camps provide a great opportunity for young kids that study an orchestral instrument, so they might have the chance to grow up personally and professionally.  The NCA is committed to educate these young kids by giving them a chance to become part of a symphony orchestra and therefore develop their skills.

We wish to thank all the people that have made it possible for the NCA Juvenile Musical Camps to exist after 26 years, and urge you to keep supporting the young people that need you.  Your donation, tax deductible, makes it possible for the NCA to continue offering camps and concerts.
