Managing the International Team
Hasta: Julio 20, 2012 - 4:00 pm
Working with multicultural and diverse teams in the globalized workplace.
As an effect of the expanding global life, more and more companies work with multicultural and diverse teams. Current research proves that culturally diverse teams tend to perform better than single cultural teams. Although international teams have a lot of potential, they need to be designed and managed correctly to transform cultural differences from a liability into an asset. This does not only count for diversity in nation cultures, also company cultures and professional cultures need premier attention when managing the international team.
