Integral Methodology for the Selection of Commercial Software
Hasta: Septiembre 21, 2011 - 11:00 am
Next Wednesday, September 21, the Conference: Integral Methodology for the Selection of Commercial Software will take place at the City of Knowledge Business Accelerator, Building 234, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
PECA is the methodology for the selection of software used by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). The use of commercial software products in big systems makes the choice evaluation a primordial activity. To deal with this necessity, the Software Engineering Institute of Carnegie Mellon University along with the National Research Council of Canada have defined an evaluation process that can help companies make the right decision when buying services or technology products.
Engineer Lorna Sánchez, who will be dictating the conference, is the principal consultant for Alcenit Corporation. She has a Masters Degree in Telecommunications from Bradford University in the U.K. and a Bachelor Degree in Electric Engineering and Electronics from the Technological University of Panama. She also specializes in IT service management, project management, organizational change and quality control.
