A celebration for the world
The City of Knowledge Foundation and the Danilo Perez Foundation extend their collaboration agreement for 3 years.
This agreement will allow the establishment of a strategic alliance that consolidates, develops and intensifies cooperation between both entities for the development of the Panama Jazz Festival.
For Jorge Arosemena, Executive President of the City of Knowledge Foundation, re-establishing these alliances rectifies its importance at all levels as “a meeting that is not only to share music but also an experience with an academic component”.
While Danilo Perez, manager of the festival, said that partnerships like these are the ones that make possible benefits to the country: “the space we have created together at the City of Knowledge has been important because it has been able to expand the number of people who benefit from this experience, that is important because when we do, for example, the education week, (the country) becomes one of the best music universities worldwide”.
The next version of the festival is planned to be held in January of next year, both virtually and personally.
