For the fourth consecutive year, Ciencia en Panamá with the support of the City of Knowledge Foundation, SENACYT, the United States Embassy and SerTv, organizes the International Day of Women and Girls in Science #11F, this year in virtual format with the experience of young people who have received mentoring in their scientific development.
On December 22, 2015, the General Assembly decided to establish an annual International Day to recognize the critical role played by women and girls in science and technology, through Resolution A/RES/70/212.
