As part of its doctorate in Public Management and Business Sciences, the Central American Institute of Public Administration (ICAP) with the support of the City of Knowledge Foundation invites you to the virtual session Post Covid-19 Geoeconomy: regional perspectives and opportunities for Panama, with speakers Nicholas Virzi (Guatemala), Leiner Vargas (Costa Rica) and Samuel Moreno (Panama).
ICAP is an NGO affiliated to the City of Knowledge, which provides support to the Central American public sector, at the central, decentralized and local government level, enhancing its management capacities, through the development of research, extension activities and the implementation of training, advice and consultancy programs.
