As part of the next APANAC 2021 Science and Technology Congress, we invite you to join us for the cycle of webinars: LET’S TALK. It is a space for conversation in which experts from different disciplines share their vision on crucial issues in our society.

Led by Dr. Bruno Zachrisson, this event will have a scope related to a broad approach to agricultural research and innovation and its role in agri-food sustainability in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, with some projections in the phase of post pandemic. In this way, technical and research aspects related to agri-food sustainability will be addressed, supported by research and innovation by Dr. Arnulfo Gutiérrez of IDIAP, as the governing body on this issue at the national level. Dr. Victor Sánchez Urrutia from SENACYT will address issues related to the scientific and technological strengthening of research and innovation in the agricultural sector, using the PENCYT as a tool that covers the different thematic areas of knowledge. Lic. Joyce Mayorga, with extensive experience in the legal aspects that link IDIAP and SENACYT, considering the strengthening of the synergy between agricultural research and innovation and the contribution to the sustainability of this scientific platform over time, which involves to the scientific and business community and to the community.
