Vice Presidency for Administration and Finance
This Vice Presidency formulates and implements the financial strategy and is responsible for the administration of the City of Knowledge, ensuring that both remain in line with the Foundation’s strategic objectives.
It supervises the proper management of financial resources, income diversification, expenditure efficiency, and the profitable use of assets and capital investments, in order to ensure the Foundation’s long-term financial sustainability. It is in charge of preparing the institution’s annual budget and guarantees the availability of thorough financial and accounting information for use in the Foundation’s decision-making process.
It is responsible for invoicing and charging for services, managing the accounting and the procurement necessary for running the Foundation. It coordinates the relationships and commitments with the required public services.
