The General Assembly of the International Center for Sustainable Development (CIDES) of the City of Knowledge was held on July 6 at the Convention Center, in order to present its members with a management report of the last two years. Also, issues were treated related to strengthening the governing (General Assembly, Board of Directors and Executive Management) and advisory bodies (Advisory Committee, Technical and Scientific Committee and Cooperative Group).
A meeting was held in recent days with members of the Board of Directors of the International Center for Sustainable Development (CIDES) of the City of Knowledge Foundation.
On Tuesday, April 28, the City of Knowledge International Center for Sustainable Development (CIDES) and the Water Center for the Humid Tropics of Latin America and the Caribbean (CATHALAC), signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
On September 11, 2013, the Iberoamerican Forum on Sustainable Cities -a new forum within the context of the Iberoamerican Meeting on Sustainable Development (EIMA 2013)-, was held at the City of Knowledge, this time focusing on the role of cities to advance in global sustainability.
